You are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. It is recommended that you view these terms prior to purchasing or contacting PaintXTrappin, L.L.C. for any projects, purchases, and services.
GENERAL
We may, from time to time, change the terms that govern your use of PaintXTrappin's site. Your use of our site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our site from time to time.

You shall only use the Website as permitted by this Agreement, and you shall not use the Website or the Content for any commercial, political, obscene, illegal, or inappropriate purpose. PaintXTrappin, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Website for any or no reason.
Children - users who are under the age of thirteen (13) are not permitted to use or access PaintXTrappin.com.
USE RESTRICTIONS
You understand and accept that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, audio, video, message or other material appearing on this Site (collectively, “Content”) are owned by PaintXTrappin, L.L.C. You are expressly prohibited from using any Content without the express written consent of PaintXTrappin, L.L.C. Except as otherwise stated in these Terms, none of the material may be reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, transmitted, or copied in any form or by any means, without the prior written permission of PaintXTrappin, L.L.C. You may not, without PaintXTrappin, L.L.C.'s express written permission, 'mirror' any material contained on this Site or any other server. Any permission granted under these Terms terminates automatically without further notice if you breach any of the above terms. Upon such termination, you agree to immediately destroy any downloaded and/or printed materials. Any unauthorized use of any material contained on this Site may violate domestic and/or international copyright laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.
ANY USE OF THE SERVICES NOT SPECIFICALLY PERMITTED UNDER THESE TERMS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
PRODUCTS x MERCHANDISE
All items are custom made after purchase.
MERCHANDISE DELIVERY
Most products and merchandise purchased from PaintXTrappin, L.L.C./TrapxStore usually take 10-14 days for delivery. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive. Government observed holidays, inclement weather conditions, and Sundays (when Post Offices are closed) can impact timeframe. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify orders@PaintxTrappin.com as shipping times vary with product availability. You will receive an email when your order has been confirmed and ready to ship.
COLORS X STYLES
I have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors and styles of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
SHIPPING x HANDLING
All PaintXTrappin, L.L.C. orders can be shipped via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and/or USPS. Please contact orders@PaintXTrappin.com if you have any questions.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although availability may be indicated on our website, PaintXTrappin, L.L.C. cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
If an item purchased in the TrapxStore is reduced in price within ONE week of your order date, it is at PaintXTrappin, L.L.C.’s discretion to give a price adjustment.
PaintXTrappin, L.L.C. RETURN POLICY
No refunds. All sales are final.
PAYMENTS x PRICING
All pricing at PaintXTrappin, L.L.C. is subject to change at any time and becomes effective upon posting to this site. If there has been an agreed pricing between PaintXTrappin, L.L.C. and the client before changes have been made, it will remain valid until that project is complete. Unless purchasing directly from the site, full payment must be paid within 48 hours of receipt of invoice or the project is subject to cancellation. Once the final payment is made, the project will be finalized, tested, and all files will be sent to you.
Currently, secured payments are all made via PayPal or Stripe. No project will begin until payment has been 100% cleared.
REFUNDS x CANCELLATIONS
PaintXTrappin, L.L.C. does not provide refunds for any services unless agreed upon. Once payment has been made to PaintXTrappin, L.L.C., the project will begin in the provided time frame. If for any reason you decide to cancel a service already provided, given, or paid for; payments already received by PaintXTrappin, L.L.C. will not be refunded. All sales are final.
DISPUTES
If for any reason, you dispute any transaction made on the PaintXTrappin, LLC website, your order(s) may be placed on hold until the dispute is resolved. You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with regard to item(s) you purchase on the PaintXTrappin, LLC website. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing and except as provided under “Returns” above, you will not dispute or seek a chargeback from the company whose credit card or method of payment you used to purchase item(s) on the PaintXTrappin, LLC website. Should you do so, your order(s) may be canceled, and we may, in our sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name(s) the credit accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from purchasing item(s) on the PaintXTrappin, LLC website.
ARTWORK
All artwork may not be copied, manipulated, or distributed to any other person or company without prior permission from PaintXTrappin, L.L.C.. You may not modify content remove any copyright or watermarks from the materials. Ownership of all artwork, layouts and development will remain the property of PaintXTrappin, L.L.C.. For LOGOS ONLY, the ownership will be transferred to client after full payment is received.
CUSTOM DESIGNED CONTENT
It is important to have a detailed vision for your Digital Artwork and/or Logos. All clients are required to fill out the appropriate order form and must submit any photos or verbiage (text) they need for their project. Please make sure all submitted content is spellchecked and not subject to copyright. PaintXTrappin, L.L.C. may revise or tweak submitted content if necessary for the the project. Any revisions by PaintXTrappin, L.L.C. will be communicated first. Any add in or changes by the client will be handled accordingly.
REVISIONS
For all projects done by PaintXTrappin, L.L.C., there will be a fair set number of revisions (changes made to meet the client's needs). There will be TWO minor revisions with the first 48 hours of the design process if necessary. After that, any additional revisions will incur a $40 fee per revision.

TIMEFRAMES
Depending on the type of service that you choose, PaintXTrappin, L.L.C. custom orders usually take 7-14 busiNess days for completion. Please be advised that this relates to business days only and it excludes Holidays. Certain Calendar Holidays or Events may cause a longer timeframe, which will be communicated at the time the custom order is placed.
CONTENT DELIVERY FILES POLICY
Once completed, you (the client) also give PaintXTrappin, L.L.C. the right to use for portfolio and/or marketing purposes unless agreed upon otherwise.
All custom designed projects are sent to the client in the form of email from PaintXTrappin, L.L.C.. Logo designs will always be sent in .PNG format.
A .JPEG or .PDF format is available upon the request of the customer and will be handled accordingly. The requests must be made at the time the order is placed. Digital Artwork and/or other projects are sent in the .PNG format. We do not provide .sVG fOrmats Or source files. If a .JPEG, .PDF, or any other file type is needed, please contact orders@PaintXTrappin.com
All original files remain in the possession of PaintXTrappin, L.L.C. . Once projects have been delivered to you, although you may use them freely for your branding needs, yet, it is still the work of PaintXTrappin, L.L.C. and must not be manipulated for the protection of this company. Copyrighting and/or trademarking your logo for your personal business is not the responsibility of PaintXTrappin, L.L.C..
PERSONAL INFORMATION SUBMITTED THROUGH THE WEBSITE
Your submission of personal information through the website is governed by our privacy policy, which can be reached by clicking on the "Privacy Policy" link located in the footer section of the Sites (the "Privacy Policy"). This Agreement incorporates by reference the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy.
CONTENT x MATERIAL ACCURACY
The materials appearing on PaintXTrappin, L.L.C.’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. PaintXTrappin does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Changes can be made by PaintXTrappin, L.L.C. to the content and materials on this website at any time without any notice.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of this Site (collectively, the "Contents") are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by PaintXTrappin, L.L.C. collectively, and its subsidiaries and/or affiliates ("PaintXTrappin", "TrapxStore" "TrapxArt Life Blog").
