PaintxTrappin offers a variety of secured payment options. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards.
CUSTOM ORDERS
There are limited slots available for custom work. If interested, please go to the SERVICES page and choose from PaintXTrappin's current options! If you have general questions, please visit to the CONSULTATIONS page! You must fill out the form in order to begin the process. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response!
INVOICES
•All invoices must be paid in full in order to receive your product in a timely manner.
•All invoices must be paid in full prior to completion, especially for custom logos and artwork.
•If not paid, the invoice will be cancelled after the 48 hour window has passed.
HOW LONG DO THE CUSTOM ORDERS USUALLY TAKE?
Depending on the type of service that you choose, PaintxTrappin's custom designed projects usually take 7-10 days for completion. In some cases, your order may be completed faster than that! It all depends on the current order volume.
HOW LONG DOES THE MERCHANDISE DELIVERY USUALLY TAKE?
Most merchandise purchased from the TrapxStore usually take 10-14 days for delivery. Please allow 2 weeks for your order to arrive. Government observed holidays, inclement weather conditions and Sundays (when Post Offices are closed) impact timeframe. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify orders@PaintxTrappin.com as shipping times vary with product availability. You will receive an email when your order has been confirmed and ready to ship.
RETURNS
•I do not accept returns unless the merchandise was received damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unused. Must be accompanied by the original shipping invoice receipt.
•Detailed photos and descriptions have been provided for each item listed in our store so that you're aware of what you'll be receiving.
•ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
SHIPPING
•Currently, PaintXTrappin ships nationwide throughout the US.
•All shipments are sent USPS Priority mail 2-3 day with tracking code.
•Packages are shipped to the address you provide at the time of checkout, so please be sure to provide us with the correct address.
•PaintXTrappin is NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages due to incorrectly supplied addresses.
•PaintxTrappin is NOT responsible for damaged/tampered packages or items. If you suspect your package has been tampered, contact your local postal providers/authorities.

TRACKING NUMBERS
Per request, your tracking number can be emailed to you as a courtesy! Please email orders@PaintXTrappin.com with your NAME and ORDER NUMBER, and I'd be happy to provide tracking information once your order has shipped!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
TrapxShop merchandise typically takes 7-14 days to be delivered.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please email the CORRECT address as soon as possible to orders@PaintXTrappin.com. There is normally a 2-3 day window before your order ships so that I can assist you with any changes. Once the order has shipped, I cannot change the shipping address nor will I be responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. Please double check to ensure that you've used the correct address when processing your order.
CHANGE/CANCEL ORDER
•To change an order, contact customer service no later than 24 hours after purchase.
•We are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been shipped.
NO REFUNDS!
